Free Standard Shipping for Orders $100+

Poshhion offers free standard shipping to the United States for orders over $100 (48 Contiguous states only) .

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally and offer free international standard shipping to our registered members in many countries! Contact us for shipping question if your location is not found in our shipping destinations.

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock items are shipped within 3-7 business days. Some customized items or handmade items may need extra production time. The approximate processing time is in the description part of every product page.

How long is the delivery time for my order?

Shipping to US, UK, Canada, Australia:

If you choose standard shipping (default), your order will be delivered around 7-12 business days after it leaves our warehouse.

If you can also choose Priority shipping with an extra fee, your order will be delivered within 5-7 business days or less after it leaves our warehouse.

Priority shipping fee is not refundable in all cases.

Shipping to Europe and all other countries: 

If you choose standard shipping (default), your order will be delivered around 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.

If you can also choose Priority shipping with an extra fee, your order will be delivered within 7-10 business days or less after it leaves our warehouse. Priority shipping fee is not refundable in all cases.

International Package:

Due to several external circumstances, such as but not limited to bad weather/natural disasters/holiday and peak seasons, delays in customs clearance, and/or delays on the part of the courier, we are unable to guarantee the arrival dates for international deliveries.

What about Customs, Duties and Taxes?

The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of Customs Duties & Taxes (for customs clearance) in addition to the shipping fees. The custom and duties are charged by the Border Agencies in your country, not by us. They are collected and held by them and are non-refundable.

All things must be listed at their full price; we are not permitted to reduce this price to avoid paying customs duties.

Customers are liable for any shipping costs or charges incurred as a result of customs clearance procedures leading to shipment abandonment, rejection, undeliverable, or return.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing the order using the cancellation link in your order confirmation email.

If you want to cancel an order after the 30-minute window, you may email us at support@poshhion.com during our operating hours (10am to 5pm EST Monday – Friday). We can only cancel the order if it has not been processed.

Cancellation refund are processed within 7-10 business days.

What if I entered a wrong shipping address?

We cannot change the mailing address once your order has left our warehouse. In order to obtain your shipment if you submitted the wrong address, get in touch with the homeowner at the address you initially gave.

The shipping carrier will temporarily store the package if this address is invalid, inadequate, or undeliverable before eventually discarding it if it is not picked up in a timely manner.

If those packages are not claimed within a reasonable amount of time, the carrier will discard them. Poshhion is not responsible for any package lost.

Please send an email with your order information to support@poshhion.com immediately if you discover an inaccurate shipping address. We'll try our best to work with the shipping company to find a solution. There is no assurance and a surcharge for changing your address can apply.

Before making a purchase, the buyer is responsible for checking the accuracy of their mailing address and other details. An erroneous or undeliverable address will not be used as justification for refunds or exchanges.

Sometimes we split your order into multiple shipments. It is done if we have something in stock that can be delivered to you before the rest of your order. In such a case, you’ll be notified along with the tracking information of each shipment.
